Learner Guide to Understanding Hone Assessment

Overview

Approximately 28 days after your Hone program ends, you and at least 3 of your direct reports (or colleagues) will receive a Hone Assessment called either Manager Capability Assessment or Impact Survey. This assessment report will provide you with a clear understanding of which skill sets and behaviors improved throughout the program, as well as areas of opportunity that you can continue to develop with Hone.

Assessment Structure: 

The Hone Assessment is designed in two parts:

Part One: The first part of the assessment measures IMPACT- the improvements in your capability based on the classes you’ve taken in the PAST. We use behavior change questioning and reporting to assess impact.

Part Two: The second part of the assessment is a DIAGNOSTIC- this measures your effectiveness at other capabilities and skills. You can utilize this information to build a plan to improve!

 

Important Notes: 

  • Assessment reporting appears on a 10-point scale, which is calculated by doubling the scores from the 5-point assessment questions to show more variability in aggregate answers.
  • The Assessment is intended to support your growth and is NOT a performance evaluation tool.
  • Please reach out to support@honehq.com if you or your nominees do not complete the assessment before the deadline
