Welcome to Hone! Congratulations on taking the first step towards a happier, healthier workplace. 

The Hone platform is the one-stop shop for all of your program content. You can view, reschedule, and join class directly from the Hone Platform

Set up your Hone Account

1. Navigate to app.honehq.com/login and enter your work email address associated with your Hone Platform. 

Immediately after entering your email, you will receive an email with the 6-digit code. The 6-digit code will act as your login password to proceed with step 2 below.

• The 6-digit code is only valid for up to 15 minutes. 
• If you didn't receive the code, please check your spam or junk inbox. If you continue to have issues, please proceed to the 'Helpful Tips' section of this article. 

2. Enter the 6-digit code. 

3. Click 'Next' to log into your account, or click on 'Resend code' if it's been 15 minutes. 

4. Fill in the details prompted on the following window and then click “Next”

  • Below are links to instructions for your email app.
