Hone sends a weekly email to learners to provide them with an overview of their status of programs they have been invited to / enrolled in, as well as any missed classes they need to reschedule, reminders to complete post-session surveys, and to complete assessments they may have been assigned.

Below is an example of a Weekly Digest:

1. A direct link to a program that a learner has been invited to enroll in by their organization.

2. A link to the Hone platform, where you can reschedule missed classes.

   • In addition, here is a direct link to our Help Center Article with instructions on how to reschedule if something comes up that creates a conflict with any of your upcoming classes and rescheduling is necessary.

3. A link to the Hone platform, where you can make a commitment for a class that you have attended. 

   • Here is a direct link to learn more about class commitments.

4. This shows an upcoming class that a learner is enrolled in.

   • Here is a direct link to our Help Center Article with instructions on how to join a class.

Additionally, when Hone AI Sessions (Lessons and/or Practices) are assigned, you will see the following included in the Weekly Digest Email:

Click 'Complete Now' to be redirected to the platform to complete your assigned session(s).

FAQ

1. It says I have some missed tasks; however, it shows all my tasks completed. Where do I find what I need to do?

• This automated email is sent weekly from the platform to help you stay up-to-date and organized with your Hone classes. If you missed any classes or need to enroll in future programs, it will be listed in this email. 

2. I was unable to find the link to the assessment. Could you please have a look?

• At the end of your program, you will complete Hone's Impact Survey. This assessment will provide you with an understanding of which skills improved as a result of the program. This assessment will be sent to you via email once you have completed all of your classes. 

  • There is no pre-program assessment or survey you need to complete at this time.
