FAQ

1. Question:  It says I have some missed tasks, however, it shows all my tasks completed. Where do I find what I need to do?

Answer: This automated email is sent weekly from the platform to help you stay up-to-date and organized with your Hone classes. If you missed any classes or need to enroll in future programs, it will be listed in this email.

2. Question:  I was unable to find the link to the assessment. Could you please have a look?

Answer: At the end of your program, you will complete Hone's Impact Survey. This assessment will provide you with an understanding of which skills improved as a result of the program. This assessment will be sent to you via email once you have completed all of your classes.

  • There is no pre-program assessment or survey you need to complete at this time.

You may contact Hone Support at support@honehq.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
